A. If you do not complete the sign-up for a paid plan, Suzuki Connect will be cancelled automatically. You may reactivate the service at any time within 60 days of cancellation by resubscribing from the SUZUKI CONNECT App. After that 60-day period, you must apply again through your nearest SUZUKI DEALER to resume using Suzuki Connect.
Please note:
Upon cancellation, all driving history, notifications, and related data are permanently deleted. Even if you re-subscribe for the same vehicle, you will not be able to access any information from before the cancellation. You will receive a notification one month before your free trial ends, and registration for a paid plan becomes available starting five days before the trial expires.
