Q. What is My Dealers (Preferred Dealer, Service Dealer)? – Suzuki Customers

Normally, the Dealer where the vehicle was purchased is set by default. If the Dealer supports vehicle inspection and repair, it will also be designated as a service dealer. By registering to the SUZUKI CONNECT App, you can check dealer information and make a call immediately. If you are a Primary User, you can search for dealers and register/unregister dealers in the app. Preferred Dealers can select dealers in the same country in which they have registered for SUZUKI CONNECT. You can select a Service Dealer in any country.
