If you subscribe to the SUZUKI CONNECT fee, you can cancel it from mobile phone settings menu or the OS app store you have.
You can’t cancel the subscription from SUZUKI CONNECT Member's webpage.
Please follow the steps below if you cancel the subscription.
Apple
1. Open the setting App
2. Tap your name
3. Tap "Subscription"
4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already cancelled.
Google
1. Open your Google Play Store App
2. Tap on the profile on top right of screen
3. Tap the account name
4. Tap "Payment & subscriptions"
5. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
6. Tap Cancel subscription
